How to Write a Design & Access Statement
Thanks to B******s to Architecture for this link, the funniest thing I’ve seen on the building blogosphere this year.
Titter ye not! I called my local authority planning dept this afternoon to ask their advice on what they looked for in a Design and Access statement. The nice chap in development control said he had a "very good" design and access statement which showed "exactly the kind of thing they wanted", and offered to email me forthwith.
No prizes for guessing what it was that winged its way over to me.
